Akron has a great live music scene with tons of local talent performing at Lock 3 every summer and the Akron Civic Theater year round. This summer alone has George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Citizen Cope, Third Eye Blind, Josh Turner, and The Wailers on the schedule! The museum is free on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and always has something new to check out!

If you’re in the mood for food, but can’t decide what kind of food, Swenson’s Food Truck Park is the place to be! There’s a variety of different foods from different trucks every day of the week!
